    You are reserving a facility from the Adams County Conservation Board. All COUNTY PARK RULES and STATE LAWS are enforced. The entire RULES and REGULATIONS may be found in “Related Items” at the bottom of the Adams County home page or Lake Icaria page on this website. Contact the Park Office at the above location, phone or email if you have questions concerning park rules, policies or special requests. Park Staff have the authority to refuse rental privileges and rescind any and all rental permits for cause.

     

     

    CAMPING RESERVATION CONTRACT:

     

    By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older (21 years or older if alcohol will be at your campsite), you will be present during your stay and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the camping party you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities.

    Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES concerning this reservation and have also read and understand the FACILITY CONTRACT RULES information.

     

    Cancellation and Refunds:

     

    Please understand reservations are not transferable and at the time of booking your reservation you immediately prohibit others from reserving and utilizing the camp site. Should YOU decide to CANCEL your reservation, there are NO REFUNDS. Please contact the Adams County Conservation Office before 7 days of your reservation if you need to change reservation dates (limited to twice). The rental fee will only be refunded in full when cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond the Conservation Board’s control that deem your site unusable and/or a like facility is not available.                                                                                     

     

    Facility Contract Rules:

     

    1. Check-in is before 10:00 PM  Check-out is before 3:00 PM

    You MUST set up on your reserved site. Changing sites or 

    campgrounds is NOT allowed. No set up or take down of

    equipment allowed between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM.

     

    2. SPEED LIMIT in the campgrounds is 10 MPH.

     

    3. One camping unit per site. One family or six persons per site. One additional small tent for children under the age of 18 is allowed on the site. All other tents or camping units must obtain their own site.

     

    4. Parking shall be only on your site pad with at least two wheels on the gravel area (excluding boat trailers) or in the designated parking areas. No parking on or along the roadways or in the grass.

     

    5. Quiet Hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Music, television, radio, conversation, generators, vehicles or any other noise must be kept to a minimum as to not disturb others.

     

    6. All non-registered guests and visitors must leave the campground by 10:30 PM. Other areas of the park may also be closed.

     

    7. For the safety of your pet and others, ALL pets must be on a leash not to exceed 6’ off site and tethered or kenneled at ALL times on site. Keep pets quiet and mannerly. Bag and trash ALL waste. Do not leave pets unattended outside your unit. Pets are NOT allowed in restrooms/showers. Failure to comply will result in request from Park Staff for removal of your pet from the area.

     

    8. You are required to clean-up your campsite and keep it orderly. The burning of trash is toxic to others, please DO NOT BURN TRASH. All refuse must be placed in provided dumpsters.

     

    9. No keg beer allowed in the campgrounds.

     

    10. Smoking is prohibited in ALL buildings.

     

    11. Out of State Firewood is prohibited. All wood must have a label of origin.

    Cancellation Policy

    Call the office if you need to cancel, you will forfeit 100% of funds paid.

    Full Service (electric, water, sewer) 

    All on-line reservations must be made a minimum of 5 days in advance of arrival, for example you must reserve before Monday if your arrival is Friday. You must camp in the site you reserved.

    First come, First serve camping is available at this site if the site was not reserved on-line, with a maximum of 3 nights at a time. 

    No Refunds for Cancellations, notify the Park Office of all cancellations, at least 7 days before the reservation, and you will be able to change the reservation dates (limited to twice).

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 03:00 PM.

    Location From the entrance, right at the Y, down the hill about half way on the right. You have a street light across the road.

    Fees

    After January 1, 2022...On-line Reservations can be made up to a year in advance! No Refunds for Cancellations, notify the Park Office of all cancellations, at least 7 days before the reservation, and you will be able to change the reservation dates (limited to twice).

    On-line Reservations: $4.00 processing fee/facility added at check-out, Friday and Saturday must be rented together

    Full-Service Prices - $35/night for weekends and five nights minimum for Holidays. Midweek on-line discount (any nights Sunday-Thursday) $25/night excluding Holidays. 

    Electric-Water Prices - $32/night for weekends and five nights minimum for Holidays. Midweek on-line discount (any nights Sunday-Thursday) $20/night excluding Holidays. 

    First come, First serve On-Site Self Registration available only if site was not reserved on-line, maximum 3 nights at a time  

      Full-Service Prices - $30/night or one camping coupon plus $5 per night 

    Electric-Water Prices - $27/night or one camping coupon plus $2 per night

    First come, First serve Off Season Winter Rates in effect October 1 - April 30

    All campsites - $20/night or one camping coupon for one night

    Closures

    Site hydrants turned off during winter. All public restrooms closed mid October to mid April.
