Buck Creek County Park, Campsite #2

Buck Creek Campground is located three miles north of Garnavillo. Buck Creek is surrounded by over 100 acres of forested land and is located along the banks of Buck Creek Trout Stream.  

This primitive campsite contains a fire pit and picnic table. Three tents may be on the site, or you can have one RV or one trailer in the parking lot. Two motor vehicles are allowed per campsite. 

ONLINE RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND DATES CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER RESERVATION IS MADE.


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 03:00 PM.

$15/night
**Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay**
**Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay**
No refund for cancellations.


Hours of Operation & Seasons

Parks are open to the public from 6:00am-10:30pm.

All registered campers may check-in at 3:00pm and must check-out by 3:00pm.

Closures

The park is closed to non-registered campers from 10:30pm-6:00am. 

This site is located in a low area and effected by heavy rains and flash flooding. Temporary closures may result after heavy rainfalls.

Closures will be listed on the Clayton County Conservation Website

All Clayton County Conservation Board Rules and Regulations apply.

All State Laws apply.
