The Eden Valley pack-in sites are remotely located in the beautiful "back valley" of Eden Valley Refuge. Pack-in sites are accessible only  via a 1/2 mile hike. All supplies including water must be packed in.  A fire ring/grill and picnic table are provided. A pit toilet is also located in the pack-in camping area.


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 01:00 PM.

Location Located 1/2 mile from the back valley trail head. The trail head is on the north side of Bear Creek, just off of the county road. Campers must pack all of their camping supplies 1/2 mile to the back valley camping sites. Please see the park map for the location of the primitive pack-in camping area.

The pack-in campsites are primitive sites. There is one picnic table and one fire ring/grill per site. A pit toilet is located in the pack-in camping area. All trash must be carried out.

  • $13/night payable by Visa or Mastercard. Sorry, but we are currently unable to accept Discover cards.
  • Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay
  • Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay
