Rental Contract Agreement

• Reservations must be made 5 days prior to date.
• The person responsible for the rental must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maximum number of occupants is 50 people.
• Maximum length of stay is 14 consecutive days.
• No pets allowed in facility.
• No smoking allowed in facility.
• No alcohol beverages allowed on property.
• All tables and chairs must remain inside facility.
• Temporary free-standing signs are allowed. Signs are not to be attached to facility.
• All rules and regulations of the Floyd County Conservation Board are in effect. Failure to abide by rules may result in expulsion and forfeiture of all rental fees.
• Floyd County Conservation Board reserves the right to enter the facility in cases of maintenance and security issues.If you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100%

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. All cancellations must be made by calling Floyd County Conservation office at 641-756-3490.

Refund Policy

All reservations with Floyd County Conservation facilities are final. Reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations occur.

• Accident, serious injury, death in immediate family
• The National Weather Service has issued severe weather and/or travel conditions
• We are unable to provide your facility in operable condition for the date of your event
• Military deployment

All requests for refunds must be made by calling the Floyd County Conservation office at 641-756-3490.
