Discover Crawford Creek Recreation Area in Battle Creek
Crawford Creek Recreation Area is a modern, 252-acre park, located 3 miles south of Battle Creek, IA. Established in 1975, the park has become an oasis for those seeking a quick get away or a weekend retreat. The 62-acre Crawford Creek Lake serves as a major recreational and fishing area, abundantly stocked with largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie and channel catfish. Any size motors may be used on the lake, but must be operated at a “no wake” speed. A concrete boat ramp, fishing jetties, and docks provide easy fishing access. Please be mindful of the Rules and Regulations when utilizing the park's resources.
Camping is on a first come, first serve basis. CAMPING OPENS APRIL 28TH!!!
The Boat ramp is under construction starting 04/24/2023. Please avoid the areas with heavy equipment.
