This is an open air shelter house in Jefferson County Park. There are wood picnic tables included inside and a charcoal / wood cooking grill is located outside the shelter. A modern restroom facility is located nearby. Reservations must be made 3 days in advance of the date of reservation. For example to make a Saturday reservation, you must reserve the facility no later than Wednesday of that week.  If you have questions concerning your rental, please contact the park office at 641-472-4421 or email: Info@JeffersonCountyConservation.com.  

 


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 09:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.

Location Shelter #1 is located in the Picnic Area of Jefferson County Park. The address to the Park is 2003 Libertyville Road, Fairfield, Iowa.

Fees

The rate for a day rental is $20.00. This fee is Non-Refundable.
A $4.00 non-refundable processing fee will be added to each shelter rental at time payment is submitted.
The full fee payment is required at the time of a reservation. 

RESERVATIONS:
*  Rental must be in the name of a person that is 18 years of age or older who will be present at the facility for the full term of the reservation.
*  If beer or wine will be at the facility, rental must be in the name of a person who is 21 years of age or older who will be present at the facility for the full term of the reservation.
*  If a shelter is not reserved, the public may use the shelter on a first-come, first-serve basis free of charge.
*  All personal items must be removed from the shelter each day by 10 pm.
