Smith Lake South Site 26 - Reservable
Site 26 has a gravel pad that is 57 feet in length, and 16 feet wide. It comes with a water connection, fire ring, charcoal grill, and picnic table. The 50/30/20 amp electrical pedestal is shared with neighboring site, and the receptacles in the pedestal are first come, first served. This site is well shaded by large deciduous trees on either side of the pad.
Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 04:00 PM and check-out is before 03:00 PM.
Location
Smith Lake Park is located 3 miles north of Algona on the west side of Highway 169.
This campsite is located toward the west end of the campground and near the modern restroom facilities.

Fees
Our camping rate is $15.60 per night. We lowered the price from last year back to $15, however we no longer offer the 7th night free. The extra 60 cents is a 4% convenience fee to help cover our credit card processing fees when you make online reservations. You will also be charged $4 per reservation that goes to Mycountyparks.com for their website maintenance.
50% of our sites are available to be reserved. Sites can be reserved beginning 2 weeks prior to Memorial Day through the week following Labor Day. All sites are considered walk-in sites before and after this time period.
Hours of Operation & Seasons
Our campgrounds open around the middle of April depending on weather, and close around the end of October. Water and restroom facilities may not be available until all risk of a freeze have passed. Visitors to your campsite are welcome from 7 AM until 10:30 PM daily with quiet hours starting at 10:30 PM
