    • By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older (21 years of age if beer or wine will be available at your campsite) and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the camping party you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities.
    • You are reserving a facility in a Lee County Conservation Board park. ALL COUNTY PARK RULES AND STATE LAWS ARE ENFORCED.
    • Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. Lee County Conservation may take any legal action necessary to recover damages to county property.
    • All reservations with Lee County Conservation campground facilities are final and non-refundable.

    Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m. day of arrival

    Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. on day of departure

    Rental Contract Agreement

    1.       The site must be registered under the name of an adult person who will occupy the site

    2.       One camping unit per campsite is allowed with an additional tent allowed for dependent children

    3.       Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; visitors must leave by 10:30 p.m.

    4.       Loud and offensive noises of any kind such as loud music, voices, or television that can be heard beyond the designated campsite are prohibited.

    5.       All pets must be leashed. Lease must not exceed 6 feet in length.

    6.       Trees or shrubs may not be cut or damaged in any way.

    7.       Daily check-out time is 11:00 a.m. daily

    8.       Campsites must be kept clean and orderly at all times.

    Fires are allowed in designated receptacles only. Trash must be placed in dumpsters or trash cans

    Cancellation Policy

    All reservations with Lee County Conservation campground facilities are final and non-refundable.

    The site is approximately 56 X 22. This is a full hookup site.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 02:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

    This site features 20/30/50 amp electrical service, water, and sewer hookup. 

    Fees

    Reservable campsites are $26.00 per night when booked online. LCCB requires a two night minimum stay on weekends and a three night minimum stay on certain holiday weekends. There will be a $4.00 processing fee added to each reservation. 

    Hours of Operation & Seasons

    Chatfield campground closes in the winter. Reservations are only taken for dates between April 15th and October 31st of each year. If you are interested in camping beyond these dates, please call our office (319-463-7673) to verify if the campground is open.  During the off-season, all sites will be available on a first come, first served basis. The park is open daily from 4:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
