    • I understand that a $4.00 “Processing Fee” will be charged to each facility item in my shopping cart; and that, this “Processing Fee” is NON-REFUNDABLE.
    • CLEAN-UP/DAMAGE DEPOSIT – I understand that I must provide a deposit check in the amount of $150, mailed to the Cordova Park Office; 30 days, and no later than 14 days in advance of the reservation arrival date. Further, if I fail to do so, I may become ineligible to utilize this facility.

    Cancellation Policy

    Consider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.

    Please understand at the time of booking your reservation you immediately prohibit other people from reserving and utilizing that cabin; therefore, they will go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date.

    Name of person on the reservation will be the only person who can cancel or reschedule a facility reservation. All cancellations or requests to reschedule date of reservation cannot be done online and must be made by calling and /or emailing the Cordova Park Office, (641) 627-5935, at least 14 days in advance of the original reservation arrival date.

    If a rescheduling of a reservation is needed, that rescheduled date must be submitted and approved by the Park Ranger at least 14 days prior to the original reservation date of arrival. A change fee of $20 will be assessed per each reservation. A reservation holder has only ONE opportunity to reschedule their original reservation.

    If a facility reservation is cancelled by Marion County Conservation Board due to a natural disaster or if by some means the facility is unusable, a full refund will be issued to the person that made the original reservation.

    Refund Policy

    Consider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.

    25% of any cabin reservation and the $4.00 "Processing Fee" is NON-REFUNDABLE.

    75% of the original cabin rental fee will be refunded if the Cordova Park Office is contacted by phone and/or email, concerning a cancellation at least 14 days in advance of the original reservation arrival date. Refunds will be mailed in the form of a check in the name of the original reservation holder.

    100% of the cabin rental fee will forfeited if the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the original date of arrival listed on the reservation.

    Oak Cabin, is one of four modern 2 bedroom cabins offered for reservations at Cordova Park.  During the winter season the rental fee is $115/night, 2 consecutive night minimum reservation.  The winter season begins the Friday before Labor Day and runs until the Friday before Memorial Day.  The rest of the year is the Summer season.   During the summer season the rental fee is $805/week, weekly rentals, Friday to Friday, only. These four cabins have the same floor plans and are situated in two separate exclusive areas of Cordova Park. Spruce Cabin is adjacent to Pine Cabin. Cabin amenities include: heating/air conditioning, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dining table with 6 chairs, sofa, reading chairs, flat screen TV with satellite, one Queen size bed, 2 twin beds, one futon, large covered deck, picnic table, fire ring etc. Please review amenities, supplies needed, and items provided listed for each cabin prior to making a reservation decision. The cabin rental agreement and cancellation/refund policies may be viewed by clicking on the corresponding link under the Related Items heading at the bottom of this page. Full payment is required at the time a cabin reservation is submitted.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

    Location The four modern 2 bedroom cabins are located in Cordova Park at 1378 Highway G28, 1 mile east of Highway 14 - Highway G28 intersection. The cabins sit atop a wooded bluff over looking Lake Red Rock, direct access to the lake by foot is possible.

        * Dish soap, dish cloth & towel and potholders
        * All bath linens and toiletries

    Fees

        * Winter Season: Friday before Labor Day to Friday before Memorial Day
        * $115/night, 2 consecutive night minimum reservation
        * Summer Season:     Begins the Friday before Memorial Day, continues through June, July, August till
           the Friday before Labor Day.
        * $805/week, weekly rentals only, Friday to Friday, only.
        * Maximum stay of 14 days.
        * The cabin fee includes a 5% statewide Hotel/Motel Consumer"s Use Tax imposed on the rental of
           recreational cabins.

        * A $4.00 NON-REFUNDABLE "Processing Fee" will be added to each cabin rental at time payment is submitted.

     

    CLEAN-UP/DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED

    This facility requires an additional deposit check of $150.00 (refundable). The deposit check must be mailed and received at Cordova Park no more than 30 days; and, no later than 14 days prior to arrival date. The cabin user is responsible for cleaning the cabin prior to check-out, to ensure a complete refund, the cabin must be cleaned and ready for the next visitor. The check will be shredded if the cabin is in satisfactory condition.

        * Smoking and Pets are prohibited inside the cabin
        * Keg Beer is prohibited
        * Cabin furniture must remain inside the facility
        * Clean-up of the cabin must be completed prior to check-out and be ready for the next visitors
