This is a beautiful open shelter house built in 2014 at Cordova Park.  The structure is 105 feet long and 60 feet wide, providing 6,300 square feet under roof. There are 30 wood picnic tables included inside.  The rental fee is $250.00/day, non-refundable.


Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 07:00 AM and check-out is before 10:30 PM.

Fees

The rate for a day rental is $250.00. This fee is Non-Refundable. The full fee payment is required at the time of a reservation.

A $4.00 NON-REFUNDABLE "Processing Fee" will be added to each Pavilion rental at time payment is submitted.
The Marion County Conservation Board also requires a refundable $150.00 Cleaning/Damage deposit.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

The pavilion may be reserved starting the second weekend of April until the last weekend of October.  The hours it may be reserved are 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.  The park closes at 8:00 PM, but the pavilion will remain open until 10:30 PM for reservations. At 10:30 PM the gates will be locked, no exceptions.
