    Cancellation Policy

    Cabin reservation fees are non-refundable. In the event you cancel your reservation (at least 30 days prior to your reservation) you will be issued credit, which may be used on another available date within the same calendar year. You will need to call our office at 712-662-4530 to change the date of your reservation. 

    Refund Policy

    Cabin reservation fees are non-refundable. The rental fee will be refunded in full when a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond your control. (Fire, natural disaster, damage to facility, etc.)

    ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A $100 DEPOSIT CHECK TO BE MAILED WITH DAMAGE AGREEMENT. Failure to mail your deposit check within 10 days of making your reservation will result in forfeiting your reservation. (With no refund)

    Hagge Park cabin is nestled amongst the tall hickory trees within Hagge Park. Within the one room cabin, is a heating and cooling unit, 2 futon bunk beds, a taller dorm size refrigerator, microwave oven and ample counter space. Just outside the cabin you will find your water hydrant, handicap accessible picnic table and grill. The cabin is approximately 100 yards  from the shower/restroom facility.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 04:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

    Fees

    ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A $100 DEPOSIT CHECK TO BE MAILED WITH DAMAGE AGREEMENT.

     

    *Cabin may be rented for $65 per night on weekends and holidays.
    *Cabin may be rented for $55 per night on weeknights, Sunday-Thursday.


    - 2 nights minimum on weekends.

    - 3 nights minimum on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
